Job Description

  • THIS POSITION REQUIRES ENGLISH/MANDARIN LANGUAGE/COMMUNICATION SKILLS, SO ONLY THOSE BILINGUAL QUALIFIED APPLICANTS WILL BE CONSIDERED !Duties include:
  • Provide administrative support in daily activities of the company including; Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Social Media, Administration, Finance, Purchasing, Production, Quality Control, Human Resources, IT, etc.). Must have excellent Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.).
  • Must be able to communicate in English and Mandarin. (Oral and Written). (Translation skills in both languages, necessary)
  • Must be able to work efficiently in team environment
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on tasks in an efficient and timely manner
  • Review and summarize miscellaneous reports and documents, prepare background information, PowerPoint presentations and outgoing correspondence for Senior Management
  • Schedule appointments, answer customer inquiries, prepare reports, documents, maintain databases and other correspondence as required
  • Present a professional and welcoming image in promoting our company, brand and marketing identity. Must be a team player, dependable and enjoy working in an office environment
  • Ensure the office infrastructure/equipment, inventory/purchasing/restocking of office/office supplies is well maintained to ensure proper output/productivity.
  • All other duties as assigned by Senior Management
